FREE Sofa Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The Free Sofa Offer is being run by Blucap LLP.

Eligibility to enter

1. The Free Sofa Offer is open to all the new clients of the Interior Design Services of Blucap LLP
2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. All the clients from Nov 25, 2020 onwards who book an interior design service from Blucap not less than 4 lacs in value are eligible to the offer

How to avail

1.        The FREE Sofa Offer opens on 25th November 2020 and closes on 1st February 2021.
2.        To enter the Offer: Sign up Blucap for your interior design services not less than Rs.4 lacs in value.

The prizes

1. The OFFER will be as follows:
   1. 3 Seater Sofa for project value between 4 lacs and 7 lacs
   2. 5 Seater Sofa for project value between 7 lacs and 15 lacs
   3. L Shape premium sofa for project value for 15 lacs and above
2. The company reserves the right to use materials and fittings of its choice
3. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or substitute prizes if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of the Company regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Claiming the Offer

1. Book the interior design services of the company and claim the offer while taking final hand over

Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the offer being used by the Company for the purposes of administering the offer.
2. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the offer which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Company does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the offer or being selected for the offer.

General

1. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian Court law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
